This is a really great workout. The only negative is that I can't do burpees so I just substituted cardio moves for them. Other than that I loved it. Thanks, Cathe

I really enjoyed this workout...I felt like I targeted every muscle group and had a good cardio workout as well. I really like the ICE series as I feel like a get a great workout without feeling drained afterwards like some of Cathe's other "hardcore" stuff. Thumbs up!
