This set contains 3 levels of resistance tubing and one set of B-Lines Handles. If you choose the option that has the teal band (the lightest one) I will include 2 of that color because I had so many of that color.

I don't know the exact "poundage" that each one is supposed to represent, but for the heavy set it will include black, green, and a thicker colored red. For the lighter set it will include teal, red and orange, or teal, magenta and orange (both sets seem to be about the same thickness)

I also have black, green and teal available as a single with the handle at a lower price.
