Welcome to Barlates Functional Barre Sculpt Series, a complete workout system of 12 highly effective workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Functional Training Series (170 mins, 4 workouts: Barre, Sculpt Fusion, Up & Down, High & Low): these workouts are designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. These workouts use various combinations of mat and standing exercises to create long, defined muscles. There are lots of angle variations, balance challenges and compound exercises to engage both your mind and body.

Precision Training Series (212 mins, 4 workouts: Mat, Ball, Barre, Band): these workouts are designed to sculpt all your problem areas, building a lean, defined physique. You will use extra equipment to intensify all the best target specific mat exercises. Using an overload principle and small, precise movements these workouts will challenge you like nothing else!

Overload Training Series (215 mins, 4 workouts: Define, Sculpt, Tone, Chisel): these workouts are designed to strengthen and define your entire body. These workouts are a fusion of Pilates and Ballet Barre as well as some traditional bodyweight toning exercises. You will work one muscle group to full fatigue before moving on to the next. Itís this overload technique which will give you results fast!

Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 650 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!
My desire is to help you sculpt a strong, healthy body with a fusion of barre, Pilates, yoga as well as more traditional cardio + toning exercises.
