Welcome to the Barlates Body Blitz 10 minute Burnout series. This series is designed to give you target specific 10 minute burnout workouts that you can add together for a total body blast or do individually as add-ons or as finishers.

The workouts are based on interval training with 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There are a lot of new, innovative exercises to keep your body giving you results.

I love the variety of moves in this workout! Yes, there was a lot of different equipment, but I didn't mind it at all. Overall, a fun and challenging workout!

This looked like such a good work out but it uses so much equipment and she does not give good directions to let you know she is changing to something else so by the time I got that equipment ready she was on to something else.  I had all my equipment right beside me and that did not even help. I am very disappointed in this workout!
