Squat Challenge - 13 mins:
Drop it like a squat!! Nothing works the legs and glutes like squats! They incorporate all the major muscle groups and are a time efficient way of burning fat and sculpting lean muscle! This Squat Challenge workout will leave your lower body burning like it's on fire. Non-stop squat variations will hit your thighs and butt from every angle, chiseling and defining whilst keeping your heart rate high to burn some big calories. If you dare do the challenge more than once, or if your lower body is too fried couple it with one of my upper body or abs workouts for a total body challenge!

Biceps Challenge - 18 mins:
Target tone your biceps with this 18 minute, non-stop arms workout. Utilize boxing and barre style arm exercises to shape and sculpt the front of your arms. Women often focus on toning the triceps at the back of the arm, but neglect to work the biceps, which gives a more balanced, well-proportioned look to your arms. Using light hand weights and a resistance band, these innovative exercises will chisel every part of your bicep and as a bonus you will also feel the burn in other parts of your upper body. By combining some lower body movement you will keep your heart rate high so that you maximize your calorie burn. This highly efficient workout is a great way to strengthen tone your arms!

Hamstring Challenge - 23 mins:
It's time to annihilate those hamstrings until they are screaming for mercy! Get prepared to feel a major burn with this 23 minute focused hamstring workout. No traditional hamstring curls or dead lifts in sight - this innovative, barre style workout will target the back of your legs from every angle. You may not be able to walk the next day, but rest assured that this highly effective workout will chisel your hamstrings to perfection! No equipment needed, this pure body weight workout will get you maximum results in minimum time. Combine it with one of my upper body or abs challenge workouts to get the lean, defined body of your dreams!

Chiseled Core Challenge - 22 mins:
Create a tight toned core with this chiseled abs challenge. This workout puts a twist on regular crunches performing them in an all fours position to avoid neck strain and allow larger range of motion. This focused abdominal workout will target every part of your abs to give you a lean waistline and strong core. The workout finishes with some lower back extensions to ensure that every part of your core is strengthened to give you better posture and to protect you from back injuries. Couple this workout with one of my lower body or upper body workouts for a total body challenge!

Lower Body Mat Challenge - 11 mins:
Lengthen and define your thighs and glutes with this express lower body mat workout. Super effective toning exercises performed at a fast pace will bring you increased fat and calorie burn. Sculpt your lower body and feel an incredible burn all whilst on the mat! This workout can be done anywhere, no equipment required and minimal space! If you only have 10-15 minutes to yourself then this is time well spent - your legs will be thanking you for it! If you have more time couple this with one of my other express workout for a total body challenge!

Push Up Challenge - 13 mins:
Many women get a real dread factor when they hear the word push-ups! But the fact is that they are not that scary when you do them on a regular basis and use correct form. In this 10 minute (or slightly longer :) push up challenge you will be performing a large variety of different push ups to hit every angle of your upper body. Push ups are one of the most efficient ways to train your upper body. Do them on your knees or on your toes - however you want to but just keep going! And if you are super strong then rewind at the end and do it all over again!

Barre Lower Body Challenge - 25 mins:
Shake, quiver and burn as you strengthen and lengthen your thighs. Learn to love the burn that incinerates fat cells and chisels your muscles into lean dancer's legs. Traditional barre exercises performed in fast paced sequences are the best way to re-shape your lower body. Your thighs will scream, your butt will sizzle and your fat cells will squeal as we hit your lower body from every angle with no mercy. Remember, what doesn't challenge you won't change you so take a deep breath and push through - the results will speak for themselves!

Upper Body Barre Challenge - 18 mins:
A fast efficient barre style arms workout that uses light hand weights and high repetitions to chisel a lean, defined upper body. These fast paced exercises will keep your heart rate high so you burn fat whilst sculpting muscle. Incorporating some lower body and balance holds will increase that calorie burn to give you maximum results. Team this workout with one of the lower body and abs challenges for a total body burn out!

Inner Thigh Challenge - 20 mins:
Standing and mat inner thigh exercises to burn out those thighs like never before. You will shake and burn those pesky inner thighs into submission to get the lean dancer's of your dreams. A mix of barre style plies and traditional inner thigh raises, this workout can be modified to suit all fitness levels. 20 minutes of target toning will maximize your results to give a streamlined silhouette and strong lengthened lines. Couple this workout with one of my abs or upper body challenges for a total body blast!

Seated Abs Challenge - 14 mins:
Everyone can find 10 minutes in their day to fit in a bit of an ab challenge! My 10 minutes tend to go a bit over because it's just so much fun I can't stop! No really, this workout will sculpt your midsection from all angles getting you one step closer to that wash board stomach we are all aiming for. All of the exercises are performed in a seated position, the pace is fast and there's not much relief from the burn! Once you've finished hit rewind and do it again until it hurts to laugh! Alternatively couple it with one of my upper or lower body challenges for a total body blaster!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
