Tons of variety July 13, 2014

I find this workout to be very versatile.  I love being able to string segments together and customize my workout to fit my needs.  The instructor is pleasant and she (and the 2 background exercisers) use good form.  There is a modifier that shows easier options for every move.  Ashley gives good pointers throughout.

The only reasons that I am giving four stars instead of five is the lack of a music off option and sometimes Ashley does not state in advance the amount of reps of an exercise.

I was really excited to receive this DVD as there's considerable buzz about this instructor.  The workouts are fine, but I wish there was a longer cohesive full body workout instead of all these short segments.  I end up going to her "six week workout schedule" and selecting several days at a time in order to get a complete workout in.  I suppose if you're really short on time and only want to exercise for 10-20 minutes, this will work for you.  I find it a bit of a nuisance.  In addition, she says the word "good" over and over again in every segment!  All this aside, the exercises themselves are proven and effective.
