Welcome to my Feel Good Walk series! These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. You will be walking at a moderate to fast pace, so you get more steps in less time! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!

THE SET INCLUDES:

1000 Steps (11 min): a fast paced walk to get a lot of steps in a short amount of time. 60 seconds per exercise to add variety. This one has louder music and less cuing. This one is super fun!

1200 Steps (14 min): a moderately paced walk with 60 seconds per exercise to add variety. This one has louder music and less cuing. It has a lower body focus with lots of squat type movements to burn out your butt and thighs.

1500 Steps (13 min): you will step at a faster pace for a total of 12 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. This one is a sweaty one because of the quicker pace, slow it down if you need to!

2000 Steps (21 min): you will step at a faster pace for a total of 20 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps that burn a ton of calories.

3000 Steps (26 min): you will step at a moderate fast pace for 25 mins. This one will be more to the beat than actual intervals. There will be lots of easy to follow combinations to make time fly. A definite calorie burner, get ready to sweat!

3000 Steps Cardio Core (32 mins): you will step at a moderate pace for a total of 30 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. There is a core focus in this workout, with lots of standing abs and just two plank intervals.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
