Since I'd never heard of Angie Gorr, I was a little skeptical about this DVD, but I really, really enjoyed it. I did the complete workout which was about 90 minutes. This DVD has a beginner modifier & tons of different premixes. It requires dumbbells & an optional step. I used 8, 5 & 3 lbs & the step. According to my heart rate monitor, I burned over 500 calories. This workout flew by for me (despite how long it is). I will definitely put it in my toning/cardio rotation.

I bought this DVD on a whim and am surprised how much I really like it. It has lots of premixes, making it really versatile. Angie is encouraging and I like the timer in the corner. There are lots of reps and I've found I can't finish a lot of them. Something to work up to!

This 85 minute DVD has a lot to offer with 10 premixes as well as excellent chaptering so you can work individual muscle groups as you wish.  There is another option to skip the warmup which is great when it is an add on to another workout.  It is deceptively hard with low weight / high reps.  Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because Angie seemed rushed and her timing was off in a couple of places, which was a minor point.

I love all the premixes on this dvd.  As far as the workout goes - I agree with everything the other review said.  Great, solid workout.

Angie did a really nice job with this workout. There is one girl who modifies the moves and does not use a step . This workout has a terrific menu that allows you to program the workout to suit your needs. It covers all the body parts and leaves nothing untouched! It is an athletic style circuit workout kind of like KCM routines, and uses traditional and athletic moves.  You can make this one as tough as you need or modify by using lighter weights and following the modifier. This one really covers ALL of the bases for a total body workout.
