5 of 5 Excellent Intermediate Workout November 21, 2016

I thought it was a good intermediate level workout.  An advanced beginner, with knowledge of good form, would also find this workout a good challenge. There are plyometrics in the HIIT segment, therefore it is not low impact.  It is so refreshing to have nice views to the ocean and pool whilst exercising. I wish all trainers would film their workouts outdoors.
