    This was my first of the "pink" firms, and boy did I regret it! I thought this workout was poorly cued and badly choreographed. The cardio sections had a lot of weird pauses between moves (sometimes but not always), which broke up the flow and just felt awkward. The cardio sections felt like a bunch of moves slapped together rather than a routine that flowed from move to move.

    Rebecca was an okay instructor, but her cues were sometimes (but not always) too early, so I didn't know when to swtich to the next move.

    These problems were also inconsistent - sometimes the cueing would be fine, sometimes it would be too early and sometimes too late. That inconsistency made it even worse - I didn't know what to expect.

    This workout is intermediate at best.  The description states that it is int/adv, but I would disagree with the advanced rating.  There is nothing about this workout to me that is advanced.  The toning sections are good, which is why I gave it a 4 .  The cardio is way to easy, if you are advanced, which I am. This is good if you are intermediate or beginner.  But overall it is a decent workout.  Would recommend for beginner/intermediate.

    I am an overall FIRM Fanatic. I like Rebekah's energy and her workout is lots of fun. I have found with most of my FIRM DVD's that I am never board and I always get a challenge. I would recommend this workout to anyone that needs a fun total body workout.
