Welcome to the Total 20 series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to give work your entire body in just 20 minutes plus a warm up and stretch. You can use them individually when you are short on time, or string a few together for a longer challenge. There is a lot of variety with different equipment and lots of fun combinations. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Dynamic Fusion (24): this is a body weight workout with lots of flowing combinations and dynamic stretching, as well as some tough sculpting exercises that will shape your muscles.

Ankle Weights (23): you will see lots of lower body exercises in this one with some balance moves that really engage the core. A tough burnout for glutes, thighs and hips.

Bounce Sculpt (29): a super fun workout with cardio intervals alternated with sculpting for the lower body, upper body and core. This one will definitely get your heart rate up.

Elevate (23): keep your mind and body engaged as you move through unique combinations that will challenge your whole body. The high to low moves really get your muscles burning.

Weights (24): using moderate weights you will perform lots of compound moves to give you maximum results in minimum time. The fast pace and high reps will burn fat too.

Band (25): you will see long lever moves as well as smaller, micro moves that will hit you major and minor muscle groups. The isometric engagement is super effective.

Body Weight (25): standing and mat combinations that will give you dynamic stretching and lengthening whilst sculpting lean muscle. Lots of functional training moves in this one.

Flow (29): a tough functional training routine with mini handstands, lots of crouching exercises and dynamic stretching. There is a nice cardio factor in this one too.
