The 2006 TLT's are some of my all-time favourite workouts. Great variety, good music, and options to customize by following the modifiers. I feel like Tracie has lost many of the qualities that made those workouts fun. This workout has good functional exercises that work a lot of different muscle groups in innovative ways. I think it would be good for me to do them. But it's not fun, or even a kind of enjoyable.

With the much-anticipated Volume 2 of her "Grand Total" series, Tracie has outdone herself.  I'm not sure how she did it, but Tracie has packed a lot into this 50-minute workout, which flows smoothly from the get go - metabolic resistance training, balance challenges, fun med ball cardio, intense core strengthening with gliding disks, barre-style butt shaping, and mobility work.  There is some controlled impact, but nothing too crazy, and as always, Tracie gives options for making the moves easier or harder.   As with the other DVDs in the "Studio Series", each segment is chaptered, making it easy to skip or repeat sections.  Highly recommended for a fun session that covers all the bases!
