This was my introduction to barre.  I had never done any before and I really liked it.  I recommend these workouts becasue of that and can't beat the 10 minutes...

This is the "original" 10 minute solutions dvd.  I think this would be a GREAT dvd for someone new to exercise or ready to sample new workout types.  The five workouts are very different from each other. Each is pretty good.  It gives you just a taste of them to let you find things you may want to explore further.  My favorite is the ballet segment, love it (and it's also the reason I keep this dvd).  After trying it, I started to try other ballet and barre dvds (which have turned out to be my favorite type of exercise).  Once you find your favorite workout types, you may very likely prefer those dvds, but this is still a nice one for days you just can't decide or want to mix it up.  And, the ten minute solutions are all nice bc of the segments.  You can mix and match, workout in a time crunch, or whatever you like.

My favorite sections are Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, because they offer a full routine in 10 mins. Can't beat that! Combining workouts is also really effective, for a total body workout. The advertising doesn't lie, in this case.
