The exercises led by Biggest Loser contestants are good, and I use this now and then to mix things up. There are a variety of basic cardio and strength movements, all which change often so the workout moves along. I like that it gives me a chance to use my stability ball, medicine ball, and bands (which one exerciser uses in one section). The DVD is a bit sloppily done, and while some form pointers are given, the consistency of a professionally-led workout is not there. Some may find the Biggest Loser exercisers motivating.
