These workouts are so good, so fun, and help me move forward and keep working out.  You can mix the workouts how you want, and they're so good -- I love that they're outside and how positive Drew O'Connell leads them.  They are great.

Drew O'Connell is very friendly and very motivating in this workout DVD.  Each routine is doable and for me, the outdoor setting also makes this workout great!
