This is a great DVD that does not get as much praise as it should.  The routines are core- and abs-focused with cardio bursts mixed in to burn the fat.  There are two 30-minute workouts with Level 2 being more intense than Level 1.  I still find Level 1 tough, especially when Jillian cranks up the speed on the second round of the circuit.  Both are terrific and very effective.  Do them back-to-back and you'll be in a puddle at the end!

I found this a solid workout with many ab/core focused moves. I found it boring working on my core/abs this much. Jillian is her normal aggressive self and loud. If you love abs/core work you might enjoy this.
