This dvd is just so bad.  Jari's warm-up is so odd.  She does  different warm up stretches on the left from the right.  Her count is always off.  She'll start counting down 5, 4, 3, and 1.  What happened to number 2???   Did she think we wouldn't notice that?  She does this all throughout the workout.  I know she's trying to follow the clock but this is just sloppy editing.  Her cuing is really off on this.  Most of the segments start with Jari already going.  So you're already behind.  Once again, sloppy editing.  Some of the exercises are just bizarre with strange counting.  Also, the man on the bike during the warm-up is strange.  Jari states several times that if you have a piece of equipment at home, you can use that for your warm-up.  Why would I purchase a dvd to workout with if I preferred working out on a piece of equipment.  I don't get it.  Not my cup of tea.  I like her earlier dvds better.  They seem to be more professionally put together.

This has a lot of cardio in it for a Ripped dvd, but it is a nice change up and still has a good representation of strength exercises in it. It has the set with the lights flashing from the back that I wish she would abandon, but otherwise it is solid.

Jari is better in her earlier workout dvds. This was no good for me because of the set and music. I could not finish it because of the that. I would check out her earlier dvds and not this one.

I loved this workout. It seemed harder to me than the other Jari workouts due to the cardio portions, I love the fact that she gives other options for the cardio as well.  I also like that it has options for 30 minute or shorter options as well for those days when I am pressed for time.  I was very happy with this workout

I love doing workout videos at home when I can’t make it to the gym which is usually a couple of times a week. I have been doing both the ripped class and videos for just over 3 years and I have seen nothing but positive results. When I received the new Extremely Ripped Boot Camp I cannot say how much it compliments all of the other Ripped videos. Once again Jari Love and the ripped team have switched it up to another very choice workout that has an excellent full body and cardio workout. The workouts stay interesting through a combination of core-focused cardio circuits, weights and ab-toning exercises. In addition much like the Extremely Ripped 1000 you have the choice to do the full workout at 60 minutes, six 10 minute workouts or two 30 minute workouts is such a great option for those who are in busy lifestyles but want to maintain a fit and healthy body. Keep up the great work!!!
