I am not an MMA person, so my view will be a bit skewed.  I much prefer MWT, HiiT and step for cardio.  I find this workout easy, cardio-wise.  I keep it for variety, but save it for easier days.  Good cueing.

Like many who bought the three MMA DVDs from Cathe’s "Shock Cardio" series, I was disappointed by the lack of intensity in the set. I kept “MMA: Fusion” because it’s a fun workout for a less intense day, and “MMA: Boxing” as a good warm-up for a heavy bag session, but “MMA: Kickbox” didn’t last in my collection.

This DVD is more of a beginner’s workout and lacks any fun factor. It was just “meh” all round.
