A mix of traditional weighted exercises along with plyometric exercises are incorporated to develop power and explosive strength all while tightening and shaping the lower body. A step, a weighted barbell and moderate to heavy dumbbells are all that's needed to get the job done!

After the warm up in this extreme premix you will then repeat several of the intervals you just completed for an extra intense workout.

I did the second premix and it was perfect!  The rep number is perfect, not overkill, and the cardio was easy to follow and really got my heartrate up.  Very fun workout.  Can't wait to try the other premixes.
