Inner Thigh Burner: Get ready to feel the burn with this calisthenics/pilates fusion mat workout. Using a pilates resistance band for the first half you will see all the familiar inner thigh exercises intensified for maximum burn. Then using a slight change of body positioning you will see some new innovative moves that tie in your inner thighs, upper hamstrings and glutes. If it's still not enough burn for you simply add some ankle weights! Shake to change!

Front of Thigh Burner: Create elongated thigh muscles by stretching at the same time as strengthening. This mat workout works the front of the thighs from all angles so that you shape long muscles without any bulk. This workout starts with both legs and then moves to single leg exercises to really help you focus and work on any imbalances. You will feel stretched and lengthened when you finish this workout. It is intense because it is long, but each exercise is totally doable!

Outer Thigh Burner: A 20 minute outer thigh focused mat workout that will be sure to incinerate your saddle bags! Sculpt that dancers dent in the side of your glutes and chisel slim, streamlined thighs with these traditional pilates barre fusion exercises. The L position will target your outer hips and thighs like nothing else! Traditional side leg raises will feel like a break after 10 minutes of focused work on one leg - and then there's still the other side to do! Burn with me to cellulite free thighs!

Core Burner: Work your abs from all angles with this Pilates Fusion style core workout! You will perform exercises in a seated, lying and c-curve position to increase range of motion and maximize your results. Using lots of long lever movements you will really target the lower belly to create a flat, strong mid section. Team it with one of my lower body and/or upper workouts for a full body challenge!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
