I agree with the previous reviewer that this is an amazing workout with functional excercises,but with a fun twist.I am new to Tracie's workouts,as I never did the classic Firm workouts until just recently.I had tried several of the newer Firms(I think they're known as the pink Firms)years ago and hated them so much that I was put off by the Firm.I have since discovered the Classic Firms that feature Tracie in several of them and was hooked!I then bought several of her Focus&Longevity workouts and loved them so much that I had to try this one!I love the moves where she has you use rags under your feet for the leg moves-I use my Gliding discs.I highly recommend this workout,as well as Tracie as a Trainer- she has a new Fan!

OK: if you lift, bend, reach, sit down, get up, push, pull, and/or turn, you need to do this workout--and the other Tracie Long Training workouts. I was introduced to Tracie Long when she was an instructor for the Firm (whose workouts I did for 22 years). Now, on her own, she introduces us to "functional training," which, as I see it, helps keep bodies in shape to perform the daily activities of living. A few years back, I decided to abandon video workouts and do my own, shorter workouts. But, I am returning to this video (and Strength in Movement) as my body is yearning for long, sweat inducing workouts that leave me with a feeling strong and exhilarated. This workout is the real deal...as is Tracie Long.
