Welcome to my ALL SEATED WORKOUT series! These workouts are designed for anyone who has movement limitations and require fully seated exercises. They are perfect for seniors or anyone suffering with arthritis. Although they are seated, they are highly effective fat loss and sculpting workouts that will make you sweat and tone your muscles in a short amount of time.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Chair Band (25 min): use the band in various positions to work your shoulders, arms, back and chest whilst doing easy stepping motions with the legs. You will also use the band to increase the challenge on some lower body exercises.

Chair Boxing (22 min): use light hand weights to increase the intensity for fun, easy-to-follow boxing exercises. You will also engage the lower body with marches, steps and leg kicks. This one will get the blood pumping and muscles burning.

Chair Cardio (17 min): a pure cardio session with a ton of variety to make the time fly! Lots of arm reaches and various lower body steps to get the total body engaged. This is a medium intensity workout for all levels!

Chair Loop Band (15 min): add a resistance loop to increase the challenge for the lower body while you do fun upper body moves with your arms. No band, no problem, just do it without!

Chair Pilates (15 min): a music only, no equipment workout with gentle flowing exercises that have a nice stretch sculpt component to them. The exercises work your body from all different angles and also have a bit of a cardio factor too.

Chair Weights (20 min): you will do some body weight and some weighted exercises, all whilst seated in a chair. Most of the exercises are slow and controlled sculpting, but there are some faster cardio intervals to get the heart rate up too. You will also work your lower body with easy-to-follow steps.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
