Great mobility and activation work! June 14, 2017

In her "Core Movements" DVDs, Tracie presents the type of joint mobility and muscle activation work we should all be doing. These sessions will complement your other workouts and help you to move better, especially if you work out a lot or aren't as young as you used to be.  Tracie really knows her stuff!  Since I’ve been doing these workouts, I’ve noticed a distinct improvement in my range of motion and movement quality.  I will definitely buy the next release in this series.

I'm giving this 2 stars as I thought the excercises themselves were ok but there were hardly any reps of each and I did not feel any burn and felt as though I wasted my workout time -I completed the DVD and then did Cathe's Strong and Sweaty Abs add on which made me sweat more in 10 minutes then Tracie's hour long DVD.I really wanted to like this as the video previews looked so good but this is more of a rest day workout then something to tone up or burn calories.
