5 of 5 Great Workout! November 15, 2016
Reviewer: RosieG from VA United States
This is a great workout. I absolutely love her circuit training. I have almost all of them now. I will use them in rotation. I think people don't realize that you have a choice on how much weight to lift. She is always saying that. This is quite challenging to me. I do have to modify some of the aerobic parts. I don't use a barbell since I like hand weights better. I don't like the bar across my neck.

5 of 5 Great full body workout July 10, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
I don't reach for this workout often, but I should.  It provides a great full body workout that is fast paced and over before you know it, all while getting a good challenge.  The cardio portions don't provide me with a full cardio workout, but I don't think they are supposed to - they more break up the cycles and get you moving and your blood flowing for the next weight workout.

5 of 5 Maybe Cathe's Best June 21, 2014
Reviewer: Denise S from The Villages, FL United States
I have most of Cathe's workouts and this may be my favorite.  Time flies with this incredible variety of cardio, strength and endurance.  The price is great with Total Fitness. I highly recommend this and is worth every penny.

5 of 5 Very well-rounded November 2, 2009
Reviewer: Nyx Black from VA United States
I just got this, so I am pretty late to the game, but I feel like this is a very well-rounded cardio/weight circuit.  There are five rounds, each starting with cardio, and then usually moving on to legs, then upper body.  The legs are well-covered since they are worked in each round, and there are enough sets for each of the upper body muscles.  You can use moderate to heavy weights with this circuit, unlike some others that move too fast for heavier weights or have many combination moves.
