This is nothing fancy about this compilation but I frequently pull it out. Lots of options, from traditional ab work to planks/lower back work. While it could seem dated to some, the exercises stand the test of time and nicely compliment current ab/core workouts.

"Ab Hits" — a compilation of ab workouts from Cathe's older DVDs —is extremely dated. All the workouts are basically variations of crunches. There are far better ways to work your core, and far better options available.

Very nice to have a DVD with several ab videos all in one place.  I grab this as an add on after another workout or even grab it when I have an extra 10-15 minutes sometime during the day to get a quick ab workout in.  The moves aren't all that hard, but it still provides a great workout.
