Welcome to the BOUNCE SWEAT Series. A fun series of workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. Each workout will increase in length, so that you can improve your fitness and coordination all with high energy music and fun, easy to follow moves. The sweat will be flying!
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Sweat 20 (24 mins): you will see uncomplicated, high energy bouncing with no breaks. There are no complicated routines and you switch between moves frequently so that you don't get bored and all your muscles get a great workout.
Sweat 25 (27 mins): Apart from one short combination, the moves are freestyle with a lot of variety. The combination will be repeated throughout the routine so you become very familiar with it and can give it your all. Some of the exercises will be on and off the trampoline to get your heart rate up even higher.
Sweat 30 (34 mins): you will see pyramid exercises in this workout where you will couple 2 different moves and build them up from one rep to five reps and back down to one again. The pyramids will be scattered throughout the workout between freestyle moves with a lot of variety. Some of the exercises will be on and off the trampoline to get your heart rate up even higher.
Sweat 35 (37 mins): you will do some ‘ramp it up’ combinations scattered amongst freestyle, high energy bouncing. The combinations are simple to follow and are designed to increase in intensity in an interval training style. You will perform some exercises on and off the rebounder for maximum intensity. This one will leave you breathless.
What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
