Welcome to Barlates Shape, Tighten, Burn Series, a complete workout system of 13 highly effective workouts that will help you strengthen, lengthen and define your entire body. You will use a variety of different equipment as well as your body weight to bring maximum results in minimum time.

THE SET INCLUDES:
Shape It Series (178 mins, 4 workouts: Mostly Mat, Body Weight, High to Low, Balance Sculpt): these workouts will sculpt your entire body with unique combination moves that get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
Tighten It Series (124 mins, 4 workouts: Glute & Thighs, Front & Back Thighs, Abs & Inner Thighs, Outer Thighs & Upper): a set of workouts that use the resistance bands to chisel all those problem areas! You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. This series will help you create a leaner physique without any bulk!
Burn It Series (141 mins, 5 workouts: Glute & Thighs, Lower & Abs, Thighs & Calves, Total Body): These workouts are targeted to strengthen and define specific muscle groups. Using minimal equipment such as a stability ball and Pilates ball, you will perform graceful toning exercises that will re-shape and balance all your major and minor muscle groups.

pilates ball (can use inflatable playground ball), stability ball, resistance loop (can use band tied into a loop), Pilates resistance band, light weights, balance trainer for 1 workout.

Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 600 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!
