Welcome to my Step, Sweat, Sculpt series of at home walking workouts. These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. They also have a toning element to make it a complete, all-in-one, workout! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low impact, joint friendly way!

THE SET INCLUDES:

2500 Steps Stretch Sculpt (38 min): a no equipment, no repeat workout with cardio intervals, sculpting and deeper stretch sculpt intervals. You will see lots of large range of motion exercises to lengthen and strengthen your whole body.

3000 Steps Core Focus (38 min): uses light hand weights to increase the intensity of the exercises. There are 45 second intervals of work with 10 seconds rest with the first part standing and the last part on the mat. It is a no-repeat workout with lots of variety. There is a nice balance challenge element to some of the standing exercises and you will definitely feel a burn on the mat!

3500 Steps Thighs and Calves (32 min): a kick box and barre fusion workout that will burn fat and sculpt lean muscle. The exercises will change every 60 seconds to make it more fun and interesting. Use light hand weights to work your arms with the boxing moves and chisel your calves with lots heel raises mixed into the stepping exercises.

3500 Steps Booty Band (32 min): using a resistance band/booty band to work the lower body. The exercises will change every 60 seconds to make it more fun and interesting. No band, no problem. You will still get the same number of steps without it.

3500 Steps Boxing (36 min): a cardio sculpt kick boxing and barre toning workout, using a step bench and light hand weights. There are 40 second intervals of work with 10 seconds rest. It is a no-repeat workout with lots of variety. The last 10 mins are dedicated toning exercises without cardio factor.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
