Strong Stride Cardio Strength is a high intensity interval workout that will give you a great workout in a short amount of time. Whether you are a runner looking to get stronger and improve your times or you just like challenging yourself with a great workout to improve your fitness and health,this is a DVD for you. The DVD is broken up into 3 expressworkouts, (Lower Body, Upper Body, and Core). Each workout consists of a short warm-up followed up by 3 sets of 10 exercises, 10 repetitions per exercise. There is only a break at the end of each set, so you are going to start feeling these workouts very quickly in your whole body and especially your heart. My goal isto keep you out of breath for the whole express workout!

I have the first Strong Stride video and loved it; so I decided to give this one a try. Once again, Lisa Watson has put together a great exercise. This workout really had my heart racing and the next day I was sore in all the right places! I really enjoy that you get both a cardio and muscle workout, AND without the need of equipment. It's definitely not an 'easy' workout, but you are shown modifications to each move. Plus the 2-minute breaks help you recover before moving on. I'm excited to keep using this DVD and feel as though I'm already seeing results!
