4 of 5 Great workouts marred by poor production values July 28, 2014

As their name implies, the DVDs in Bernadette Giorgi's "Just B Live" series are live workouts shot in her own studio.  While these DVDs give you the feeling of being in one of Bernadette's classes, unfortunately they are marred by odd or distracting camera angles.

However, the workouts themselves are very good. This DVD includes a more traditional Pilates mat-work session than the other two offerings in this series; you will only need a light dumbbell for added resistance.

As always, Bernadette provides excellent cueing and form pointers, and makes the toughest workouts look easy.
