I have several Petra workouts that I love and this one is a really great addition to my collection.  The workout includes a bunch of workout toys which I love.  I like the fact that she uses a ball, a tool that you don't see that much.  She navigates the workout very effectively and clearly.  A real winner.

This is a great workout to compliment her other workouts. I just love this strength training workout. I really like using the bands. I have a weight machine but get tired of using it and this is something different. I wish she would make some new DVDs. I guess I am old fashioned. I don't like the downloaded workouts.

Petra is fantastic in this one with her happy positive attitude. I love working out with her because of her great attitude and great cueing. Lots of variety in type of equipment she uses to streamline. There is a fancy/athletic feel to the moves.  Really a great addition to any workout library.

Streamlined Strength has to be the most underrated workout. I never hear a lot of buzz about it, but it is amazing! Petra has a more sporty style to weight training, but she keeps things interesting and fun. This DVD is pretty long if you do the workout in its entirety, but it can be broken down into short sections!! Love that you can pick and choose or do the entire thing. I also love how Petra included different types of equipment which helps when you want a little variety. Although Petra is more known for her dance, step, and cardio DVDs, I think she has a place in strength training, especially for those that want a great workout, but are not at the advanced level.
