Rev 4 was designed to change your body fast and with zero equipment! Rev 4 is about functional fitness and progression. You will do short segments of progressively intense exercises with only your body weight for max results.

It does not take hours of working out. It does not take endless sets. It does not take fancy equipment and you do not have to "beat up your body" and accept pain from injuries to get in shape with the Rev 4 progression.

Each Rev 4 workout is approximately 10 minutes. The exercises are done in 30 sec intervals. They are intense BUT I'll show you how to modify if needed.

You start with each workout with the warm up followed by your choice of four main Rev workouts finished with a cool down.

I planned to use this as a warmup to other workouts so I was okay with the individual sections. She has an unusual mix of beginner moves and will randomly tuck in really hard moves - like moving forward and back in a low pushup. She cues well and comes across as really peppy. The music was high energy but not coordinated with the workout.

OK workout - no equipment needed April 16, 2014

I thought this workout would be better,  especially after watching the video clip.  The instructor is good and she does have some good exercises, but the flow of the workout is not good if you use the "play all" option because of the discussion before each Rev 4 segment (why can't they edit that out for the "play all" option?)  Also, music is important to me when working out and the sound was not consistent and the instructor does not stay on beat (this may not bother most people, but it really bugs me). I'll continue to use this workout when I go out of town because no equipment is needed.

This is a decent workout, but it wasnt as intense as I would have liked.  The instructor has a killer body, but I doubt she got that using this workout.
