I have tried and owned several Jillian's over the years. The only one I kept was NMTZ and I mute it, because I am one that does find her too into herself.  My daughter does this one regularly and has encouraged me to give it a whirl, so I did. I was in the mood for an intense workout without a lot of jumping. This fit the bill.  I did all 3 workouts but really liked the 3rd one.  It is intense and great for an advance exerciser. Workout 1, I didn't care for, the 2nd was ok, but 3 was really good. A lot of good body weight training.  What I guess bothers me about her workouts are that they are choppy, no flow. Up, down and all over the place and then not really enough reps to be effective. This was better than her others. Overall a keeper and i will do this one often.

There is a great variety of core moves that gets your heart rate up and challenges your mind/body connection. Again Jillian is better in this one and great at instructing.

These three routines are great and a nice length at 30 min each. There's a lot of body weight toning that works more than just the abs. Sometimes she has you grab light weights. She also adds in a lot of cardio. I found the first routine to be comfortably challenging and I'm solidly intermediate (I do a lot of pilates and yoga). The other 2 routines are tough. I liked the interesting moves and Jillian gives great tips to make it harder/easier.
