Disc 1 / Max Interval Laced with Fusion with Darby
Not your mama's workout... this workout will have you looking like you’re 20 again! Start off with 30 minutes of max cardio intervals which increase in intensity while decreasing in time. This method is extremely effective. The intervals repeat 3 times, allowing you to perfect the moves. The last 30 minutes wrap up with isolated toning exercises focused on your buns, arms, and abs. Disc 2 /Intense with Sadie
We call this intense for a reason, get ready to get sweaty in this total body workout. intense is broken into six, ten-minute segments alternating between cardio, arms, and abs. The separation allows complete burnout in each muscle area. This is one intense hour of shocking your body! (60 minutes)

Disc 3 / FUSION 50 with Brooke
No excuses to skip your workout with this option! Knock out your cardio and toning in less than an hour—we make every minute of this workout count with a challenging fat-burning cardio sequence followed by 15 minutes of burnout in your buns, arms, and hamstrings. (50 minutes)

Disc 4 / BATA BARRE with Francie
You don’t have to be a ballerina to look like one! Bata Barre combines two favorites— 30 minutes of cardio tabatas and 30 minutes of barre for the lengthened strength of a dancer. 4 of 5 Prepare to work yet deal with flaws July 29, 2014

Pros:
- If you want a challenge, this delivers!
- Different instructors for each disc, you don't get bored seeing/hearing the same person.
- Unique moves.
- Overall a great workout.

Cons:
- Modifiers regularly forget to modify.
- No mirror cuing
- No warm up
- No stopping = no water breaks, little/no set up time

I've done each of these workouts a few times at this point and I'm glad I have them for when I'm ready for a tough workout.  However, I must admit that it really bothers me that these are so pricey yet they haven't managed to fix the "cons" noted above.  Dream Body has produced other workouts with these same flaws.  So I give it a 5/5 for the quality of the workout, yet a 2/5 for the persistent flaws.  That works out to a 3.5, I rounded up to 4/5 because I do know that the workouts are effective.

I enjoy the different moves a lot I have never done before I enjoy that challenge. It is hard on the joints but there is lower impact modifications which is great. I love that there are different instructors so you get variety and I need it. It is a bit fast passed for what I am used to in fusion workouts but it is a great change of pace. I am not a fan of the bands in that they never co-operate but you still get a burn even if you skip using bands at times. A solid sweaty fun workout series. Love the colure they use too makes it feel girly and fun.
