4 of 5 I liked it July 24, 2014
Reviewer: T from Tarpon Springs, FL United States
I've done all the sections but just now completed the 2nd segment and wanted to share some thoughts. *She goes FAST. I was comfortable using 3 lb weights because of the speed. Sometimes I couldn't keep up with her and she transitions to the next move very quickly. *Not a lot of form pointers and she doesn't let you know how many reps. The moves are basic so I didn't miss having a lot of chatter. Sometimes she would be done with the set and I was still going. *Rotates between lower, upper, abs - then the sets are repeated but with a little more difficulty. I liked how she included a lot of different moves and even though there were a lot of reps, nothing felt repetitious. Caroline has an enviable physique, she comes across as very confident. There's a nice variety of moves between the 3 levels. This is a great cardio burner for when you're short on time.

3 of 5 Pace is a bit too fast for me July 6, 2014
Reviewer: Kristie from Decatur, GA United States
I like the instruction, organization and production values of TCB, but Caroline's pace is too fast for me.  You can modify by slowing things down on your own, but that gets old after awhile.  The pace is the reason I don't reach for the program very often.

5 of 5 Love Caroline March 25, 2014
Reviewer: AB from Scarborough, ON Canada
This may be the only DVD I've ever purchased without having seen any reviews. And I consider it to be my best purchase of the year. Caroline is simply delightful and motivating. She does move quickly but if that's not an issue for you I would highly recommend this.

5 of 5 Very Good Progressive Athletic Workout July 25, 2013
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from CA United States
I am an advance fitness enthusiast. I normally do very challenging workouts like RKS, ZWOW, ZCUT both Cardio and Strength, Kettlebell Kickboxing and Crossfit workouts. This is a very good progressive workout. The 1st chapter/level is the easiest while the the 3rd chapter/level is the most challenging. Each level has 3 parts, done twice thru with each parts getting progressive harder, all exercises are done for 30 seconds.I love using it on days when I'm rushed for time,as a finisher, or on days when I want a lighter challenge I do all 3 chapters. Caroline's pace is pretty fast so she recommends using 2-5 pounds. Some of the exercises you'll find..sit-ups with punches, burpees, sumo squats, traveling push-ups,front lunges with punches, side lunges with with weighted frontal pushes, cross body planks,Cross-body straight leg star sit-ups and UFD's;so I wouldn't call this a beginner workout. The warm ups and cool downs are very good to. It is a "voice-over" however, a music only option is available
