4 of 5 Nice lower body workout July 16, 2014

This was a challenging workout for my lower body.  Gilad instructs with his usual precision.  I wish the warmup were a bit shorter.  It's kind of part of the workout, but I would have preferred it to be half the time -- 9 min is too long.  He does a lot of moves that I like - squats, lunges, etc. - but it's not boring because he adds core work into the moves.  My quads were feeling it.  Also, very nice stretch at the end.
