Welcome to Barlates Intervals Series, a complete workout system of 13 highly effective workouts that will help you burn fat and create a long, lean physique. These workouts use the principle of combination moves and functional training to bring you the best results in minimum time.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Hotel Room Series (75 mins, 5 workouts: Cardio Core, Cardio Lower, Upper Body, Glutes and out thighs, Inner Thighs): a set of workouts you can do any time any place with minimal equipment and space. They are low impact, but high energy and can all be done with no shoes. Each workout has 15 rounds of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest – No Breaks.

Body Weight Basics Series (127 mins, 4 workouts: Stretch Sculpt, Lower, Cardio Sculpt, Mat Workout): These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to fully fatigue each muscle group. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.

HIIT Series (116 mins, 6 workouts: Barre, Mat Workout, Arms and Abs, Combinations): These workouts use intervals of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to increase your heart rate and let it recover just enough to keep you in the fat burning zone. In this series you will see more cardio focused workouts, as well as some strength based mat workouts to challenge your body in all different ways.

Equipment: light dumbbells, resistance pilates band and an elevation such as an ottoman or step bench.
