Paul is clear in helping you understand the move and learn how to engage the muscle that is being worked. He is calm and pleasant in the way he coaches. This is really a great place for a beginner to start.

Great for beginners or starting over! April 3, 2014

Paul gives great form pointers, and he's so likeable. :)  This workout goes through 10 different exercises, all done in one set of 10-20 reps (depending on the exercise).  It's easy enough to heavy up if you need to.  Definitely a good workout for beginners or if you're just getting back into things, or are looking for a lighter day weight workout.
