This workout has 3 short but good workouts. There's a pilates routine, a yoga routine, and then yoga with weights. I tend to be a yoga purist and don't usually like yoga with weights, but I do enjoy this one. (I just don't consider it yoga.) It is definitely challenging!
I also like the pilates and yoga sections. The pilates is well cued and feels very effective. The yoga practice moves very quickly, which I enjoy.
Overall this is a nice DVD - I like to use the sections as add ons instead of doing it all at one time.

Kristin McGee is one of my favourite yoga/Pilates instructors. I love her engaging personality, playful approach to yoga, and meticulous cueing.

"S3" is a gem, providing separate mini-workouts you can use as add-ons, or combine into one killer session. But be warned — yoga with weights is tougher than it looks!
