Like the previous reviewer mentioned, it's refreshing to find a prenatal DVD that's not barre or yoga.  This really fits the bill for me as I progress in my pregnancy.  As an advanced exerciser, I still want to keep fit, but my energy levels are definitely changing and this is just challenging enough for me.  No matter how much I do the band work, I still feel the burn each time!!!

I've done this workout a few times, and it's grown on me.  Andrea seems a little awkward in front of the camera and repeats herself, but I'm able to ignore that and concentrate on the routine.  It's not a difficult workout, but the leg and butt work is thorough.  I was looking for a pre natal DVD that isn't barre, and this fits the bill.
