I love this workout!  Its chaptered so you can pick and choose what you want to do.  It alternates between cardio and bodyweight training.  The cardio has athletic powerful moves that you can really get into.  These segments get your heart rate up there!  But its not overwhelming where you just can't take it anymore.  Patrick uses moves like repeaters that turn into a hopping knee repeater, jacks, v steps that turn into tire hops.  Its all taught add on style, then you put it together.  The bodyweight training has a lot of upper body and core work, also taught add on style AND your heart rate does NOT come down.  I love Patrick and don't really mind what he says to his background people as long as I get a great workout.  He really delivers with this one.  Sometimes he has tricky footwork or moves that are executed too fast for me.....not here.  This is simply an awesome workout where you will feel pleasantly spent after you finish!  Nice work Patrick!  Keep them coming!

I like the design of this dvd and it consists of 6, 10 minute segments. You can pick and choose the segments that you want.  It alternates between cardio and body weight/core exercises.  I found the cardio segments fun and not so drill based, which I needed in my dvd library.  The balance/core work is good, however, I found that a couple of these segments were a bit repetitious.  I'm not a real fan of turkish get up type moves and found them a bit overused. Segments 2 & 4 are very similar and I do half of each one.   But, this will definitely challenge your upper body.   I have to add, that I don't have a jump rope, but substituted other cardio.  I liked the music and didn't find Patrick too annoying.  I don't like that he stops throughout the workout and says a few times, something like, "way to go baby." to the women.  Really? Just do the workout that you designed.  I don't need to watch everybody's form and hear how hard they are working.
