I didn't think I would like this January 22, 2016

But I do if I do it my way. Her cardio intervals are a bit too long. She does 6 sets of cardio, but 4 sets is enough for me. Otherwise it becomes overkill and boring. In some places I also shorten the weight segments. I keep the   workout at about 50 min. I don't feel like I get a decent weight workout unless I do the whole vid. It works for me. A great advanced workout for sure.  Again, her set is dark and she rehashes the same music that's in most of her videos. Overall, its good and I will use this often.

This is another great workout from Jari. You can do the entire segment for a phenomenal workout or you can separate them into 2 workouts. Totally worth the the money. I've done this workout over and over and over and I still can't believe how tough it is.

I like this one more than the bootcamp one and all the others that use the Vegas style set. There are some new moves to keep it interesting and she lets a couple of people guest instruct, which was a nice change. It is definitely an advanced dvd, but there are modifiers, so don't let that scare you off.

I did this workout a couple of days ago and found it very tough even though I am an advanced exerciser.   After a warm up on the step, Jari starts with her series of intervals, weights with compound movements first then really high intensity cardio.  I took one start off because it had a dread factor to it mostly due to the never ending reps and sets of the same thing, but it is a good video that can be done with or without a step.  I prefer Get Extremely Ripped 1,000 over this one, but it is good to have it for variety and to burn tons of calories.
