Custom 3 Fit DVD's offer three different levels for every move. The goal of this program is to challenge you to reach your own personal next fitness level. Each move offers level 1, 2, and 3. By changing either resistance, range of motion or speed you can change the intensity of the exercises. Not everyone is at one level at all times. Therefore, by showing 3 different moves all at the same time, you can easily switch from level 3, to 1 and back up to 3 at any point within the video.

The DVD's are intended for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Level 1 offers joint-friendly low-impact exercises, but will still keep your heart rate elevated. Level 2 is more advanced and shows some higher impact moves. Level 3 is very advanced and involves a lot of plyometric moves, and heavier weights.

I love this video. The cardio can be as easy or hard as you want. I love the level system. I am advanced and i got a awesome workout. The weight work will give you a good burn! Angie is nice and informative. It is not the best production (not Cathe) but not anything that bothered me. I love the simple moves and the circuits. All in all.. i give this a 10 out of 10 for giving me an amazing workout and having fun.
