Yes there are some issues with this DVD: there really should be a warmup and cool down, and chaptering would be nice. Also, Nikki tends to pause and chatter a bit between sets and sometimes even when switching sides. Yet I am giving this DVD five stars. Why? Because it really is the most effective ABS workout I have come across. I'm one of those folk who doesn't have an easy time with my abs - and the usual ten minute abs segment at the end of a cardio workout just doesn't cut it. But here, Nikki absolutely fries your abs from all angles.
None of the standard 16 reps here......she'll do 32 reps or more and then top it of with "higher (brief  hold here).....HIGHER.....HIGHER!!!" She shreds your abs for 30 minutes, then does quick and effective segments for the butt and inner thighs. Nikki is consistently enthusiastic and keeps the motivation going.  Excellent.
