Modifications are shown if you don't have a step.  There is a countdown clock like in a lot of her other DVD's.  As usual, Jari's cueing is great.  I did work up a good sweat, but there are a lot of reps for each exercise.  Sometimes that isn't a bad thing, tho

This is a little different offering from Jari. I needed to go a little heavier than I would normally go with her style of high rep, lighter weights. This is during her Vegas show kind of lighting set, which isn't my favorite, but overall I still can get a good workout from it.

My least favorite Jari July 6, 2014

I really do not like the design of this one.  It is such a back killer.  Too many reps and exercises in a row of back work and I found myself skipping past it.  Some of the exercises are ok, but overall, not her best.  Like Slim & Lean and Ex Ripped & Chiseled much better.

I thought this dvd was boring. She does a lot of reps of the same exercises. I did feel the burn but it was too boring for me. I have several of her dvd's and enjoy the other ones just not this one.
