I was expecting something different from this DVD as I bought Christine's barre workout and it is really good.  Christine is an enthusiastic instructor but this workout requires a better breakdown of he steps.  If you are not naturally a quick learner of new steps, this video is not for you.  It's a good video, but not a great video.
