I had this years ago and lent it out and never got it back so just ordered another!I do enjoy this workout but left off one star as the last segment is a little too easy for me,as I’m used to Cathe leg workouts or more hardcore lower body.such as Tonique.I’ll admit though that now that I’m older Tonique tends to irritate my knees and has dread factor these days.I did this this morning and especially love the short but intense abs section and did find the first half of workout with the different squats and calf raises challenging enough.I did follow it up with the mat segment of Cathe Butts and Guts to get more of a burn.Overall I’m glad I ordered this again!

The other two reviewers persuaded me to get this workout. Yes, I thought the outfits were silly........for about the first five minutes. After that I stopped noticing what they were were wearing and started marveling at just how effective tiny movements can be. The pace is quick and I found myself wishing for mirrored cueing (I use a portable barre and had to do some fast transitions) but it's fun and I was able to keep up with these lovely young ladies at my, er, mature age. Recommended!

Despite the ridiculous name and silly outfits (which I kinda' like), this is a nice, solid full-body barre workout. There's some cardio effect and some emphasis on the glutes, but the main influence I see is Pure Barre - the cuing and pacing are quite similar. The instructors are energetic but not frantic, and they know their stuff. A winner!

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it! She told me she was sore all over. She really liked the pacing of the video, the instructors queue very nicely.  And since I train in martial arts, she suggested that I give it try! lol.
