Worth it for the stretching alone! March 20, 2010

I have heard wonderful things about the stretching section on this DVD, and I wasn't disappointed.

I have scoliosis in my lower spine, which can make my right hip painfully tight, as well as an old shoulder injury which sometimes plays up - well, let's just say I was feeling very sore and cranky this morning! But after stretching with Jeanette, I feel great.

What makes this DVD different is that Jeanette takes the time to talk you through each stretch, making sure you are positioned correctly and that you take plenty of time for each pose. There's also an intense stretch for the upper back which I haven't seen anywhere else.

The stretching section is about 37 minutes long but seems to go by much faster. The music is nice too.

I'm looking forward to my next session with Jeanette.
