Walking Stronger takes boredom out of treadmill workouts. This workout is broken down into 12 five minute segments, ranging from cardio walking, interval walking, circuit walking, backwards walking, hill climbing, lunges, upper body weight work and much, much, more! You'll be too busy to watch the clock. There's even bonus abs and floorwork. No treadmill? No problem. You can do the entire workout on the floor and still get the same fat blasting results, or you can up the intensity by using your step bench.

3 of 5 Not quite as good as her original July 12, 2014
Reviewer: MSU from NC
This is a solid workout and gets the heart rate up. It has Allison, who is the likeable Energizer Bunny in Step Sweatfest, as the modifier. They get along well and it is a pretty fast workout. I liked her original a little better, as I felt a few of the moves were awkward on the treadmill belt, but otherwise, no complaints.

5 of 5 Terrific workout! April 26, 2013
Reviewer: Ellen from Sarasota, FL United States
This workout is more challenging than Tracey's Walking Strong, but again, you go at your own pace with speed and incline. Some very challenging moves, but you can (should) go very slowly while getting the hang of them. Again, using light weights (as in the first of her DVDs) I got a great workout. At the end of the (aprox) 60 minutes, there's a 4 minute cool down and then about 10 minutes of lower body work on the floor and then a few minutes of stretching. Haven't done the floor work yet, but it looks like a good workout. Both Walking Strong and Walking Stronger are great additions to your treadmill workout.
