This DVD (as well as the Callanetics "Hips and Behind" DVD) has reshaped my legs.  It is fast and convenient.  I think the first leg exercise is a killer, but I know it works.  Other than that, the DVD produces great, quick results.  Definitely recommend it to someone who is short on time but wants to see results fast

I am so glad I purchased this Quick DVD.  I have the  10/10 and Super Callanetics DVDs also but find myself using the Quick Legs the most.
